ZTDEV Studios builds enterprise software, mobile platforms, data systems and AI automation for South African organisations. Twenty client platforms are live and publicly reachable, including a national membership platform serving more than 1.8 million people across all nine provinces.
We are looking for one person who can open doors. Not a lead-generator, and not someone who needs a list handed to them — someone who already knows how to find an organisation with an expensive manual process and get the person with the budget into a conversation.
The technical conversation is ours. You bring a founder into the room and help drive the deal to close.
What you would do
- Identify South African organisations that need custom software, system integration, data platforms or AI automation.
- Run your own outreach, on your own schedule and in your own style.
- Get meetings with actual decision-makers, not gatekeepers.
- Bring a founder in for the technical conversation, and help carry the deal to signature.
What we’re looking for
- You have sold software, IT services or technology to South African businesses.
- You have a network of decision-makers, or a demonstrated ability to build one through cold outreach.
- You can hold the first business-problem conversation on your own, without a technical person present.
- You can run a pipeline with minimal oversight.
- You are comfortable with income that varies with results.

- You have never personally closed a B2B purchase.
- You expect a lead list, a script, or someone managing your day.
