Operations software
Job cards, stock, dispatch and scheduling systems for the distribution and logistics operators along the N1 corridor. Usually replacing a spreadsheet that three people fight over.
We are a software studio based in Midrand, building custom platforms, mobile apps and automation for companies along the Waterfall and Kyalami corridor.
Midrand sits on the commercial spine between Johannesburg and Pretoria, and the businesses here reflect that: logistics operators, distribution and warehousing, fintech, medical suppliers and the corporate offices clustered around Waterfall City. Most of them are running an operation that has outgrown its spreadsheets, not a startup looking for an MVP.
That shapes the work. What companies here ask us for is rarely a brochure website — it is an internal system that replaces a manual process, a dashboard that pulls numbers out of four disconnected tools, a client portal, or an integration between an ERP and something it was never designed to talk to.
Being based in Midrand means a workshop in Waterfall City or Kyalami is a short drive, not a day out. For discovery sessions and stakeholder workshops, where reading the room matters, that is worth something. The build itself happens wherever it happens.
Not a service list. These are the briefs that actually arrive from companies in and around Midrand.

One screen that pulls from the accounting package, the CRM and the operational system, so the Monday meeting stops starting with an argument about whose numbers are right.
Secure logins where customers check their own status, download their own documents and stop phoning the office to ask.
Getting an ERP, a payment gateway and a courier API to agree with each other, and taking the manual re-keying out of the middle.
Every site in our portfolio is live and reachable. Judge the work rather than the pitch.
A short call, no charge, no pitch deck. If we're not the right fit for your project we'll say so and point you somewhere better.
